Spotlight Won Group 1 Fillies' Mile at Newmarket (1m, soft) last October and looked set for fine 3yo campaign when staying on strongly for close fifth in 1,000 Guineas there (1m, good) in May; somewhat underwhelming since but she again kept on well when fourth in the Group 1 Matron at Leopardstown (1m, good) last month and today's first crack at 1m2f could be just what she wants; Ryan Moore rides (top Irish stable also runs Content).

Spotlight Prominent-racer who won the Group 1 Moyglare (7f, good to yielding) last September and bounced back from 1,000 Guineas defeat to win the Irish equivalent in fine style at the Curragh (1m, good to yielding) in May; it was her first run since when a rallying second in the Group 1 Matron at Leopardstown (1m, good) three weeks ago and she could build on that performance, especially now up in trip; has shown promise on soft ground; key player.

Spotlight Not seen to best effect in the Group 1 Prix Vermeille here three weeks ago on first crack at 1m4f but she showed excellent form over about 1m2f previously, winning the Group 1 Prix de Diane (good to soft) then a close third in the Group 1 Nassau (good to firm) despite being hampered at the start; also effective on testing ground; considered now back at 1m2f.

Spotlight Runner-up in the Irish Oaks (good) in July on first crack at 1m4f and took revenge on her conqueror You Got To Me in the Group 1 Yorkshire Oaks (1m4f, good to firm) in August, despite pulling hard; she did very well in the circumstances and should be fine now back down to 1m2f, while the first-time hood could help her settle better; Ryan Moore rides stablemate Ylang Ylang, but leading claims nevertheless.

Spotlight Made it 3-4 with dominant win in the Group 3 Valiant Stakes at Ascot (1m, good to firm) in July and she followed up (again from the front) in the Group 2 Prix Alec Head at Deauville in August (1m2f, good to soft; unraced on softer); this is a tougher test of her credentials but she's just the type to continue to progress for her top stable.

Spotlight Lightly raced 3yo who completed a hat-trick (soft-good) with 1m2f Listed win at Vichy in July; another big run when runner-up in Group 3 Prix du Prince d'Orange over C&D (soft) last month when she didn't enjoy a clear passage, but further improvement is necessary today.

Spotlight Made debut in May and highly progressive across her six starts, winning by a neck in the Group 2 Blandford Stakes at the Curragh (1m2f, good) three weeks ago; has shown promise (albeit at a lower level) on yielding/heavy ground; could have more left in the tank and she's respected.

Spotlight Her form can be up and down and she flopped in the Group 1 Falmouth at Newmarket in July when last seen; however, prior to that she was a convincing winner of the Group 2 Duke Of Cambridge Stakes at Royal Ascot (1m, good to firm; from the front) and she was a 1m2f soft-ground Listed winner last year; capable of giving a good account if she's back on song.

Spotlight Irish challenger who is opposable on the majority of her form but France brings out the best in her and she won a C&D Group 3 (very soft) in April and went very close behind Arc contender Mqse De Sevigne in Group 1 at Deauville (1m2f, good to soft) in August; each-way shout back in France.

Spotlight Won Grade 3 at Saratoga (9.5f, soft) last August and has run creditably in defeat in Listed and Group 3 races in France on her last three starts; however, it's highly likely she's vulnerable now back up in grade.

Spotlight 3yo who showed improved form when making all in the Group 3 Prix de Psyche at Deauville (1m2f, good to soft) in July on her eighth start; could continue to progress but others have more substance to their claims.
